Local life drawing event for both beginners and practiced drawers. Run by artist Jake Sherwood.
In this specially held event participants are not taught in any formal manner but rather encouraged to approach the session with a beginner's mind thus allowing for a more personal exploration of freedom and constraint.
This is an BYOB event (optional), so feel free to bring your own wine or alternative beverage to enjoy while drawing.
Hot food will be available to purchase before the event, from 6pm-6.45pm and drawing will start promptly at 7pm.
Paper, pens, pencils, chalk and charcoal are provided. No experience necessary.
Cacao Sound Healing Sharing Meditation Tribe
Working with the medicine of cacao, we will journey together in sacred ceremony to connect with ourselves and each other on a deep and powerful level. In this celebration of love and self-discovery, we will reconnect with our deep inner guidance to find the clarity we need to understand who we are, where we are going, and the opportunities available to us.
About Ceremonial Cacao
Theobroma Cacao is a powerful plant medicine that has been used ceremonially for thousands of years across Central and South America. The people of ancient Meso-America attributed a sacred status to Cacao and would drink it ceremonially to commune with their gods.
We drink Cacao in ceremony to reconnect with our deep inner guidance system. Using guided meditation we journey within to discover more about ourselves, release negative blockages and find a deeper sense of peace and clarity.
